Options
Energy threshold value	Energy threshold value (default value is -11.0, minimal value is -100, maximal value is 100). Accounts for stem energy, sequence similarity with the known terminators etc.
Work modes	Defines one of 2 working modes: Best terminator - only best terminator at output All non-overlapping terminators - Output all non-overlapping terminators in both "+" and "-" chains at once, which are not closer than 20 nucleotides to each other.
